The Rebuild Ocean Springs Fund thanks the many donors who contributed to help the community rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. With the help of faith-based organizations, volunteers, federal and state agencies, and many generous individuals, Ocean Springs is well on the road to recovery.

The monies were spent to accomplish these projects:

  • Repairs to the Ocean Springs Boys and Girls Club - $43,000
  • Playground equipment for 4 community parks $100,000
  • Repairs to the Fontainebleau Volunteer Fire Department - $7,500
  • Camp Victor to assist elderly and disabled - $9,500
  • Lord is My Help for new appliances - $3,188

The Rebuild Ocean Springs Fund is now dormant. We have disbursed all of the donations that were received.

However, there are still many families in the area that still need help getting into safe, permanent housing. If you would like to donate or volunteer to help Ocean Springs and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, please contact Camp Victor.
